To whom it may concern, Since 2011 I have been working with Exclusive calls. Mo and Nedda are alway available and open to issues and making their service the best. Things I like and think are very important.
1. Using the El Salvador call center with the Spanish speaking even though I don't use this it is nice for our emerging markets
2.The portal which gives us instant messaging with our caller.
3.The portal lets us listen live to the callers and we can jump in if we would like or use it as a training aid.
4.Reports are live I can see who they are talking to, who they called and for how long.
Our company has been using Exclusive Calls for about 6 months and I have to say that I am very pleased with the results we have received. At the beginning we were having some issues with the volume of appointments set, but once we took advantage of the fact that we could put together call scripts/talk paths for our telemarketer and train her on exactly what we would like her to say to get a solid appointment set, our appointment volume went through the roof! The volume we have now is so great that we are now spreading the leads across multiple LSP's!
As a fairly new Allstate agent (4 years in), I was able to help enhance my strong belief in telemarketing and commercial sales by utilizing Exclusive calls. There telemarketing program over a period of time helped me evolve my commercial auto solicitation process.
I truly thank you for the opportunity to have been able to try out your service, but due to some internal staffing challenges that are not yet resolved we must end our agreement with Exclusive Calls effective on 09/19/2014. Although we are bringing to an end the use of your virtual staffing service, I do wish to commend your company and Gabriel in particular, on the outstanding abilities you've demonstrated in securing appointments for us. At several points, we were getting so many that it was even well beyond our capacity to follow up.
I have been using Exclusive Calls for my commercial telemarketing full time since January of this year. After the first two weeks I realized that I had to find a client management system to organize all of the leads that I was receiving from my Exclusive Calls associate. On average, I receive 4 to 5 commercial opportunities per day so as you can see calling 5 new customers per day plus following up with the previous customers became a challenging endeavor, especially without a system.
I started as a scratch agent with Allstate and grown significantly with Internet leads and referral based sales. We use CRM and many other techs but I find it to be challenging when we are quoting the lowest closing rates and going up against many other carriers. I heard from a few agents great things about exclusive.
Staffing is very hard to find hard working people. With Mo he runs a great ship and he find the self motivated people to work on my team. They do commercial leads generation with personal leads as well. Follow up on Monoline calls, attempted contacts, and other campaigns we set up to do.
I believe in new business growth is based on volume of prospects, quotes and it's all a numbers game.
