To whom it may concern, Since 2011 I have been working with Exclusive calls. Mo and Nedda are always available and open to issues and making their service the best. Things I like and think are very important.
1. Using the El Salvador call center with the Spanish speaking even though I don’t use this it is nice for our emerging markets.
2.The portal which gives us instant messaging with our caller.
3.The portal lets us listen live to the callers and we can jump in if we would like or use it as a training aid.
4.Reports are live I can see who they are talking to, who they called and for how long.
